Pet Care Crew Privacy Policy

Pet Care Crew ("PCC," "we," "our," or "us") helps pet owners coordinate household care, sitter access, emergency information, supplies, reminders, photos, videos, records, and daily care updates.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you enter into the app, including account name and email, pet profiles, care routines, feeding details, treats, medications, health notes, vet and emergency information, household member and sitter contact information, care checkoffs, timestamps, notes, photos, videos, uploaded records, supplies, appointment details, and notification preferences.

If you enable technical data collection in your Profile settings, we may also collect optional crash logs, diagnostics, app performance, and reliability information to help improve Pet Care Crew.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, sync household data across devices, show care tasks and reminders, support sitter and household access, store emergency details, display uploaded media and records, provide support, maintain security, and comply with app store and legal requirements.

Technical Data Choice

Users can turn technical data collection on or off from the app Profile page. Turning this off does not block household, sitter, emergency, media, or care tracking features.

Sharing

Owners control household and sitter invites. Information shared inside a household may be visible to invited household members and active sitters depending on the feature. We do not sell personal information.

Photos, Videos, and Records

Users should only upload content they have permission to use and share. Uploaded pet photos, videos, vet records, and related notes may be stored and shown to authorized household members or sitters so the app can function.

Children

Pet Care Crew is intended for adults who create and manage pet care households. It is not directed to children. If an owner allows a minor household member to help with pet care, the owner is responsible for supervision and consent.

Security and Storage

We use Firebase services for authentication, cloud database storage, file storage, and hosting. No system can guarantee complete security, but we use access controls intended to limit household data to authorized users.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request account and data deletion at petcarecrew.app/account-deletion or by emailing support@petcarecrew.app. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel an app store subscription.
