Pet Care Crew Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Pet Care Crew account and associated app data.

How To Request Deletion

Email support@petcarecrew.app from the email address used for your Pet Care Crew account. Include the subject line: Delete My Pet Care Crew Account.

What May Be Deleted

Account records and associated app data linked to your login may be deleted, including saved pet care setup data where available.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, support records, or app store/payment records.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Pet Care Crew account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription. Manage subscription cancellation through Google Play, Apple App Store, or the app store account used for purchase.
